Refund Policy

1. Token-Based Subscriptions

Because our service provides immediate digital access (tokens) that are consumed upon use, the following refund rules apply:

  • Unused Tokens: If you have not used any tokens from a purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Used Tokens: We do not provide partial refunds for purchased token packs once a single analysis has been processed.

2. Technical Errors

If you lose tokens due to a system error (e.g., API timeout where no analysis was generated), we will gladly credit those tokens back to your account within 24 hours of reporting the issue.

3. Requesting a Refund

Email our billing team at billing@graviatrading.com with your transaction ID and the reason for your request.
